Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of Aussie Property, a CRM service for Australian real-estate agencies operated by Aussie Stars Real Estate ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your agency.

The service

Aussie Property provides tools to manage contacts, listings, enquiries, inspections, comparative market analyses (CMAs), contracts and related work. Features may change as we improve the service. Some features connect to other services (such as email providers, property portals or social networks), which have their own terms.

Accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. An agency's owner controls who joins the agency and what they can do.

Plans and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars, plus GST, and renew automatically until cancelled. CMA packages are paid in advance; their credits last 12 months from purchase. Current prices are shown on our website. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change to an existing subscription. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

Your information

Your agency owns the information it puts into Aussie Property. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use it, including meeting your obligations under privacy, spam and real-estate laws. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service unlawfully, send spam, attempt to access other agencies' information, interfere with the service's security or operation, or resell it without our agreement.

Comparative market analyses

A CMA is an indication of a property's market value based on comparable sales and other data. It is not a formal valuation and must not be presented or relied on as one. Data from third-party sources is provided as received and may contain errors.

Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and to back up data regularly, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at admin@aussiestars.com.au.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees paid for the affected period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Ending the service

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or isn't paid, after giving notice where reasonable. After an account closes, you can ask us for a copy of your agency's information within 30 days.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell account owners of significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
